My Interview with 56 Brewing

I had a wonderful chat with Micah Godfrey (Co-Owner) and Zak Granata (Head Brewer) at 56 Brewing back in August. They invited me into their taproom and we recorded an interview that spanned the continuum of topics from the beers and THC drinks they brew to how they have moved on from an awful member of their ownership team after a racist incident that came to light in 2020.

I have always enjoyed the beers that I have had from 56 Brewing. I was happy to finally sit down and hear more about their story. Micah and Zak were gracious with their time and honest with their words. I hope that you enjoy hearing their story. Cheers!
