It has been a long time coming for Rail Werks Brewing Depot since they were founded in 2018. On Saturday, June 1st, they open to the public. I sat down with Denise and William Roberts (Owners), Cory (Bar Manager, and Kabel (Head Brewer) to talk about how they will open up the first brewpub in Columbia Heights, Minnesota.
