My Interview w/ HeadFlyer Brewing’s Brew Team: Tim Collins Mattson & Sophia Missaghi

This was a great interview with Tim (Head Brewer) and Sophia (Assistant Brewer), who make up the new brew team at HeadFlyer Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis. They have a great synergy together and it is evident in the beers they brew. One thing to mention is that Sophia’s first beer, Escalating Falcon, is releasing on Saturday, Nov. 16th at HeadFlyer Brewing. There will be an event in conjunction with the University of Minnesota Raptor Center as they celebrate their 5oth year of doing wonderful things for birds of prey. My Interview w/ Dangerous Man Brewing's New Owner, Jeremy Kuhns – A One Pint Stand

This is my interview with Jeremy Kuhns, the new owner of Dangerous Man Brewing Company.  We recorded our chat at 56 Brewing Company since they just collaborated on a beer called Playmaker Amber Ale.  It will be available for Hockey Day Lakeville, and will help raise money for the Hendrickson Foundation.
