My Interview w/ HeadFlyer Brewing’s Brew Team: Tim Collins Mattson & Sophia Missaghi

This was a great interview with Tim (Head Brewer) and Sophia (Assistant Brewer), who make up the new brew team at HeadFlyer Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis. They have a great synergy together and it is evident in the beers they brew. One thing to mention is that Sophia’s first beer, Escalating Falcon, is releasing on Saturday, Nov. 16th at HeadFlyer Brewing. There will be an event in conjunction with the University of Minnesota Raptor Center as they celebrate their 5oth year of doing wonderful things for birds of prey.
