My Interview w/ Ariel Keeton, Founder of Team Nevertheless & Brewer at Excelsior Brewing

Representation matters. When individuals can see others like them in a space, that space becomes welcoming, familiar, and safe. When I get the privilege of interviewing someone like Ariel Keeton, a woman who is working tirelessly to make craft beer a better place for women, I learn so much. Ariel is an industry veteran who knows the struggles of being a woman in a male-dominated industry. I am excited to share her story with you all. She also has put her passion into starting Team Nevertheless, a group of women brewers that is growing every day. Ariel is smart, witty, and has incredible perspective on what would make the craft beer industry better.
