My Interview at Lift Bridge Brewery w/ Brewers Jeremy King & Evan Ogaard

I have known Jeremy King for many years. He is a gentleman and a scholar. When I heard he became the Head Brewer at Lift Bridge Brewery in Stillwater, Minnesota, I was quite excited. I knew that it was only a matter of time until I would have to sit down and talk beer with him. This was the first time meeting Evan Ogaard, but he has such a nice laid back way about him that I would gladly sit down and talk beer with him again.

We chatted all about how Lift Bridge Brewery stays relevant as the market shifts in craft beer come at them. They also talked about how they love the challenge of providing the Minnesota State Fair with a large number of beverages to wow fairgoers. Enjoy!
