Since the first time I set foot in La Doña Cervecería’s vibrant and exciting taproom, I knew it was a special place. The community that has been created here is hard to explain. You just have to experience it for yourself. For years, I have wanted to hear the stories behind the beers. I was very excited to finally be able to sit down with Dicky and Britt, the brewers at La Doña Cervecería, to hear their perspectives on the beers they brew, the industry that they love, and how they found themselves in the Minnesota craft beer industry.
